Track a shipment
Shipped keys are cut at the shop and dispatched, usually within about 24 hours. Tracking appears here as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Carrier delays are outside our control, so a date here is the carrier's, not a promise of ours.
Refunds
A shipped key can be canceled within 14 days as long as the work has not been fulfilled — fulfilled means cut and dispatched. A product bought at a kiosk is handed over on the spot, so the confirm screen is the point where you cancel it.
