Shipping and turnaround
Any car key the kiosk does not stock takes the same path: scanned here, cut at the shop, posted to you.
What gets shipped
Car keys, transponder keys, remote head keys, fobs and laser-cut blades that are not stocked at the kiosk.
The screen labels every key as instant or shipped before it shows a price, so you know which one you are buying before you decide.
The timeline
Standard keys ship within 24 hours of the scan; difficult keys within 48 hours. Express moves it up the queue.
Those are targets for our side of the job. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the delivery date is the carrier's and we do not present it as a promise of ours.
Tracking it
Tracking appears in your account as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can also look up a single order with the order number from your receipt and the phone number on it, without an account.
Changing your mind
A shipped key can be canceled within 14 days as long as the work has not been fulfilled — fulfilled meaning cut and shipped.
A product bought at the kiosk is handed over on the spot, so the confirm screen is the point where you cancel that one.

The kiosk confirms the exact key and price on screen before you pay. If the blank turns out to differ, the price changes before payment, never after.

- Recording a key's profile and cuts so the shop can reproduce it without you leaving the original behind.
- Self-service kiosk
- A machine inside a host business that sells car fobs, fob batteries and hide-a-key boxes on the spot and scans any other car key to ship. No appointment and no counter staff.
