When do I see the price?
Before you pay. The exact key and its price are confirmed first, and if anything changes it is shown to you before payment, never after.
How do I pay at a kiosk?
You pay on your own phone. The kiosk shows a code you scan, and payment happens on a secure checkout page. Your card details never go into the machine.
Can I be charged more after I pay?
No. The price you confirm is the price you pay for that key.
Where can I see my order?
Sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.
What if I need a refund?
Our cancellation and refunds page sets out how it works. If you are not sure, call us on 877-744-8472.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment is handled by a dedicated payment provider on your own phone. We do not store your card number on our servers or in the kiosk.
